Bitcoin was built so that anyone could verify—and anyone could participate. Today, that promise is slipping.
Four mining pools now control more than 70% of global hashrate. Running a full node demands hundreds of dollars in hardware, technical expertise, and days of sync time. The result is a two-tier Bitcoin: institutions build the blocks, and everyone else is asked to trust them.
PlebRelay exists to tear down that wall.
We run the node so you don't have to. We enforce BIP-110 to keep the chain lean and affordable to validate. We use DATUM to give every miner—regardless of scale—the power to construct their own block templates through OCEAN, rather than blindly accepting whatever a centralized pool feeds them.
You don't need a data center. You don't need a computer science degree. You don't need \$400 and a week of patience. You just need a miner and a Bitcoin address.
Block production is not a privilege of the wealthy. It is the right of every Bitcoiner. PlebRelay is infrastructure for the sovereign individual—because Bitcoin is only decentralized if the people building the blocks look like the people using them.

PlebRelay will offer a spectrum of nodes so miners can choose the policy set that aligns with their values.
| # | Flavor | Endpoint | Policy | Rationale |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Core v29 (defaults) | baseline.plebrelay.xyz | 80-byte OP_RETURN relay limit; no BIP-110 | The pre-v30 status quo — most conservative widely-run baseline, for miners who want Core maintainership and nothing unusual |
| 2 | Core v29 + BIP-110 | cleanup.plebrelay.xyz | v29 defaults + BIP-110 enforcement & signaling | Core maintainership plus consensus-level data caps |
| 3 | Core v30 + BIP-110 | current.plebrelay.xyz | v30 relay (no OP_RETURN limit) + BIP-110 enforcement | Current Core, with the consensus rule binding. Post-activation, converges with #2 |
| 4 | Core + Ordisrespector | filtered.plebrelay.xyz | Core with inscription filtering; no BIP-110 | Inscription filtering under Core maintainership — equivalent to OCEAN's retired "Core+Antispam" |
| 5 | Knots (defaults) | strict.plebrelay.xyz | Knots' stricter standard relay policy; no BIP-110 | The mainstream restrictive option |
| 6 | Knots + BIP-110 | knots.plebrelay.xyz | Knots + enforcement & signaling | Flagship — fully aligned with PlebRelay's stated values. This node. |
| 7 | Knots, data-free | pure.plebrelay.xyz | datacarrier=0, permitbaremultisig=0, rejectparasites=1, elevated minrelaytxfee | Monetary transactions only, zero arbitrary data — equivalent in spirit to OCEAN's retired "Data-Free" |
